Very sad for those who are lost and dont have a clue:(

I just don't understand how some think. Actually, unfortunately I do understand and I know where it comes from it makes me grieve for them. I am so thankful to be in God's word and around loving, caring, patient friends who encourage me to keep digging and find out the truth for myself or like most of the time they teach me to read word for word what the Bible says. Thank you all so much I love each and everyone of you. You have no idea how much I appreciate your guidance, wisdom and love. I am so where I need to be and pray I will never fall a way. I never want to be so lost and not have a clue. Some of you know what I am talking about some don't just pray for me to know what to say and when to say it, for guidance and wisdom to handle what is placed in front of me. Being in the word has made me so excited and to really wanting to know the truth. This past weekend I was able to Kay Arthur's conference what a wonderful spirit filled message she gave. Thank you Cyndi for telling me about it. I enjoyed the time there and with the ladies that went. One thing that really went to my heart this weekend was; it is NOT my responsibility to save anyone I can pray for them BUT it is up to them IF they want to be saved. The Bible is a book of instructions on how to be, how to act, what we're to do BUT the one thing God does is give us a choice and it is to know Him or not too. He gives us that option, freewill, wow. He so wants us to come to Him freely His heart aches for us to come and know Him. Another thing I've learned is that WE walk away from Him BUT He NEVER walks away from us, he sits there waiting for us and when we're ready He is there for us. How sad is that, He has to sit there waiting and sometimes years or a life time but He is a patient God and loves us. One day EVERYONE will bow before Jesus Christ EVERYONE will know who He is. Believers and nonbelievers. I for one don't want to be so caught up in the world and miss my opportunity. I know Jesus is the Father and the Holy Spirit, born to a virgin, died on the cross, rose from the dead and IS alive today and one day He WILL come back. (If I have miss quoted anything please let me know as I said I am learning.) Thank you Jesus that we can study your word freely and don't have to be ashamed or in fear for our lives, like other countries are.

Trunk & Treat

I went shopping about a month or so ago and found Tara's outfit. I had to get it. I think she looks so cute in her yes you guessed it Little Bo Peep. And my handsome son is.....Captain Hook. He came up with his outfit when we went to the beach with our friends and they decided to be Captain Hook, Erin would be Tinker Bell and her brother would be Peter Pan. Poor Ethan everyone thought he was Robin Hood though. They all looked so cute and had a great time at the Trunk and Treat at a local Church. Andre and Tara are looking forward to going trick er treating in the neighborhood though. Poor Tara was so scared of the crowds she didn't really want to doing anything but sit in her stroller. She did do the trunk and treat though of course she did she got some candy or as she said chocolate. O boy what a girl already lol. Andre had a great time he went off and did things he wanted too and he would come back and let us know where he was off to next. It was relaxing and the adults had a chance to actually talk.

OK, I had to include this picture of Tara taking a nap. I love it when I find her a sleep like this. I just want to pinch that little bottom so much, lol. But knew better, I didn't want to wake sleeping beauty. lol

Blessed weekend

It is funny how God works. My friend Cyndi put on a conference through her Church at the local Bible College. She invited me to go but to be honest I was thinking of backing out cause my ears (yes again) are all plugged up not one but both ugh and I really can't hear anything. Not sure if it is a blessing or a curse, I would have to say curse. Maybe God is looking for me to listen to Him and that's why they're plugged, lol. Anyways that is another story. Don (Cyndi's husband) called to see if I needed him to drive me there. I guess God knew I needed to hear from someone about going cause he encouraged me to go. I am very glad I did. Cyndi did a really great job putting it together. This is her first time putting something like this together. It was a weekend of learning how important prayer is and just talking to God is. I knew this but have to be the first to say I don't pray like I should. And I honestly don't pray with detail. It was a blessing to be there with all the other ladies and have fellowship and just share with each other. Melony, was one of the speakers and she is a Missionary from Russia. So it was great to talk with her. I am hoping to get together with her at some point and introduce her to Andre and have her look at a little shirt that was given to me in Russia that has writing on it, I was told it is Andre's Russian name.

To top off the weekend today at Church Pastor Daniel spoke on Colossians 4:2-6 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful, And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Pastor Daniel and his family will be moving to Costa Rica and his wife Sarah said this is a verse that helped her to see where God wanted them to be. For me it is God telling me that the conference I went too about prayer and than this morning again about prayer how important it is. How awesome is God.

First night of Dance

Tara was so excited about dance when she got out on the side walk she tried to twirl she came right out of her dance slippers. lol
Looking cute right before class started and soon after she became very shy.

These are just a few and I mean a few pictures I was able to get of her actually doing what she was told to do. Miss Pam would try to get her to do something and she would just stand there and shake her head no. Thank God Miss Pam is very patient and didn't mind her standing there, lol. At least she didn't scream or cry. I am hoping and praying Tara will get use to going and eventually enjoy it. Honestly I think she was scared and unsure but give her time and she will blossom. The funny thing was after we got in the truck she said she had fun.

I also have to mention Andre and how proud I am of him, he went in there and sat down and did his homework without and problems. I think he was excited to see how his sister was going to do too.

Out of the mouths of babes!

It was so sweet this morning. I'm running around trying to get ready to meet some friends at the park. I gave Tara her breakfast and I finally sat down to eat too and she looks at me so serious and says Momma, my heart is open to Jesus. I don't know why or where it came from but it was the sweetest thing I have heard. I can only pray that my children find and crave Jesus and His word. And they come to know how much He loved us. Jesus love for us is just so unimaginable to me so for a 3 year old to understand is so sweet. I so want them to know that they were not mistakes and they were loved even before the foundation of the world. God knew them and all of us before anyone even knew we existed. How awesome is that? I get so excited about the Lords word and can't get enough of it. I am learning and I am human and I fail BUT God doesn't fail us. He is always there for us. And I love it when my children can understand that He is there and what He means to all of us. What a blessing this morning Tara gave to her mommy. Thank you sweet little girl and thank you Jesus! I love you both!

Pumpkin Farm with our adoption group

Andre, Tara and Gerry down by the pond where they cooked the hot dogs. This is where we gather to eat and make our smores. And yes this is where I learned to put peanut butter on my smore yummy!!!!!!!!!!
Andre and Tara laying in the leaves.
Taking a look in the attic of the barn where there was a horse and some goats.
There is a wagon the kids can climb on and we always get a picture of the kids on it.
Just looking cute.

This is on the hay ride. It was a little rough. The road was bumpy and we almost flew off our seats at one point. So needless to say we only went on it one time. Can you tell Gerry is sucking in all the attention Tara is giving him? LOL What a daddies girl!
Ok, I know I have a ton of pictures on here BUT if you know me I LOVE my pictures. And yes I have a wonderful camera Gerry bought for me for our Anniversary one year and I can take up to two hundred pictures. So I really did only put a few on here. I hope you enjoy them as I do. I am not a great writer so I like to share photos of my family.
Saturday was such a beautiful day for the pumpkin farm. There was a record number of people who actually went this year. This a our adoption group and we have going to the pumpkin farm every year for the last three years and we love it. It is great to see all the kids and see how they have grown and to see the new adoptive families. This group is a great bunch of people. What makes it so nice is that the families have adopted all over the world including the US. So Andre can find kids from Russia and Tara can see kids as she says look like her, lol. It is too cute when she says that. She is only three and she can already see that. There was horse rides, hay rides, petting zoo and hot dogs and smores. What a day it really was a great time. The kids a had a wonderful time running around. And as you can see allowed me to get some pictures of them in this beautiful place.
